Real Estate AgentI grew up in Carmel and went to College in the Bay earning a B.A. in Psychology. I moved to Santa Barbara to get my masters in Clinical Psychology and fell in love with the area over twenty-five years ago. I worked in Mental Health and education for over thirty years in Santa Barbara and dabbled in property management to partner up with my husband.
Growing up my mom sold real estate in Carmel. When my husband and I met he was working for his family’s business Cochrane Property management. My husband and his parents are multigenerational native Santa Barbara residents. Together my husband and I built a small business, 805 Property Management covering from Ventura to Paso Robles and more, which still continues to flourish. We have two incredible boys together. We are a family oriented, outdoorsy, avid surfing, golf playing, dog loving, and athletic family.
My new personal venture is working at Village Properties, Montecito Office. I am so proud to work at a locally owned and operated real estate company that gives back to our community. The commitment and dedication to clients and staff is unparalleled at Village. My team includes Darcie McKnight and Thomas Dabney two successful, multigenerational Santa Barbara Native, long-term agents. Darcie and Thomas also share the love of family, the ocean, outdoor lifestyle, dogs, and especially good food and company. Thomas holds multigenerational local knowledge of the Santa Barbara area, over thirty years experience in the business making him an expert.
