Meet Thomas
Real Estate AgentThomas and his family have a long history in our community, going back over four generations. His love of our community, its fascinating history, and its diverse people is why he became a real estate agent 30 years ago.
Thomas became part of the Dabney & McKnight Team over ten years ago to complement his strengths and create a full-service real estate offering. His in-depth knowledge of real estate, local neighborhoods, and the many nuances that come with "feeling like a local" is what Thomas loves to share.
Before becoming an agent, Thomas was a commercial lobster fisherman, fishing for many years off our Coast. Thomas invests in protecting, supporting, and recreating along our local Coastline and ocean, his home away from home. He's been on the Board of Heal the Ocean for 14 years, where he’s currently serving as Treasurer, and is a long-time member of the Santa Barbara Yacht Club, where he has recently served on the House & Grounds Committee.
When Thomas isn't in the office, you will surely find him on the beach or ocean, surfing, paddling, sing-foiling, sailing, and doing all the other activities that involve our local Coastline.
